RJ Stewart and his assertions regarding his published works
Like many students at that time, she learned the basic modules of the Inner Temple

Traditions that are published in my books - RJ Stewart 2013
The only books that RJ Stewart had in print by 1993 that dealt with temple/inner traditions/western mystery themes were Living Magical Arts and Advanced Magical Arts. He asserts that the work that we both developed and taught was in his previous books. The only place that anything even remotely resembling the disputed work are the two magical arts books, and then only very briefly in vague and unformed concepts. Here is a run down, by page numbers, so that you can look them up for yourself. This was prepared and passed on to me by a researcher. The references are correct and taken from the first editions of these books.
BOB’S MENTIONS (or not) OF INNER CONVOCATION/INNER TEMPLES IN HIS PUBLISHED WORK
Living Magical Arts
Note: the words Temple and Convocation are not even in the Index or Glossary of Terms.
pg 180 - How Innerworlds Are Perpetuated, par 3, 4, 5
Through the willed application of images, a construct such as a temple may be an expression or statement of the relative pattern of the solar systems. This in turn is an expression of the archetype of cyclical manifestation and de-manifestation...... Using our example of a temple, we know that physical buildings (be they classical temples, stone circles, earthworks, or cathedrals) are intentionally planned to show forth mathematical, stellar or seasonal patterns with magical and metaphysical implications.
An innerworld temple, however, is an imaginative construct that endures independently of outer time cycles in the material expressed world. It is upheld by collective imagination, modifying archetypes.
All worlds, inner and outer, partake of the Four Elements or Four Powers. These Four are the phases of the archetype or matrix by which universal consciousness reflects itself into increasingly complex patterns of imaginative expression.
Pg 196 - Establishing an Innerworld Contact, step 3, par 3
This visualization mentions finding yourself in a small square courtyard surrounded by high stone walls, with a door in each wall.
Advanced Magical Arts
pg 55 - Both the Tree of Life, the Spiral of Worlds and the Fourfold Circle may be used as maps for direct mediation of power. Thus in the simplest sense, we might attune to the Element of Air, at the Eastern Quarter of the Circle. Without using anthropomorphic or telesmatic images, we summon the power of Air and mediate this power through into the circle. Such mediation may be on a very narrow individual scale, or it may be broadly defined by the position of the officers during a ceremony, for the officer of the East will mediate the power of Air as an undertone or foundation to nay specific image that he or she also mediates within the structure of the ritual.
pg 63
par 3 - While Stage One (experience of the Lunar World) gives one flashes of illumination and enlightenment, Stage Two (experience of the Solar World) is traditionally said to admit the initiate to the Convocation of Light. This convocation is a state of consciousness, thought it is frequently represented in visual terms as a place of Inner dimension with landscape, features, people and other attributes. The Abby, College, Castle, and Observatory motifs found in various visualizations are typical of such structures, but it must be stressed that building the outer form as an imaginative exercise does not guarantee admission to the convocation. There is only an arbitrary difference, in magical concept, between state, place and plane or dimension. As we have repeatedly emphasized, the human imagination works through forms, but the forms embody forces.
par 4 - the Convocation of Light, sometimes equated with the Universal Mind or the Knower, is where all harmonically related and enlightened consciousness merges. It is not a cosy ideal or heavenly condition, but a property of consciousness and energy that occurs only through awakening and union with the Higher
pg 64
par 1 - Self. Paradoxically such union, the apparent zenith of individuality, leads to a convocation or harmonic intersection with many other entities. Thus a universal mind is touched, a condition in which knowledge is attained direct, and in which many individual minds may join together.....
par 2 -
The Convocation of Light is at the centre of the Solar World; in old-fashioned terms we might say that it is the light of illuminated souls, giving birth to the fire of the sun. The energies of the convocation are reflected back through the Lunar World, which gives them form........
par 3 - The solar enlightenment, or Convocation of Light, should not be confused with collective or ancestral consciousness, which is found in the Lunar World and the Underworld. It is, however, a higher octave of that same collective, as such unknown to materialist psychology.
pg 164
par 1 - ....(mention of Belenos and Michael) the way for a host of innerworld beings. This is one of the most important inner aspects of the ceremony, for many powerful forces are focused upon the central intent of the ritualists through this operation. Initially the vision refers to the ancient tradition that the ancestral souls are united together, and that their light becomes the sun.
par 2 - More specifically it refers to a collective consciousness which both draws upon and originates specific individuals who operate the Mysteries of Light. In very early cultures these were sacred kings and queens, Priests and Priestesses. Such forms remain active within the deeper levels of awareness, accessible through meditation and visualization. On rare occasions it is possible for an individual (not a group en masse) to become a member of this harmonic structure or Mystery while still expressing a physical body. Tradition teaches that certain effective priests, priestesses, and men and women of spiritual potency have incarnated intentionally from this Mystery or Convocation. In such a case, the initiation would be a process of remembering rather than joining for the first time.
par 3 - The Perpetual Assembly sits in the City of Light. This city is another major concept within the Mysteries, and may be experienced to great effect in individual or group visualisation. The City is one of the resonant dwelling places of the Grail, and holds many subsidiary mysteries, potencies, and gatherings. Like all magical realities it is both a state of consciousness (in this case a specific attuned collective consciousness of solar qualities) and an actual place or dimension. The experienced magician eventually ceases to waste time over the distinction between states and places, for even modern materialist science now affirms that they are interchangeable.
pg 183 - Afterword
par 3 - There are no order or societies, in the outer world, that represent the Mysteries described in our text: any that claim to do so should be subjected to strict scrutiny, particularly if money is required for membership or other matters supposedly connected to the Mystery. If we work steadily with structures of symbolism and concepts such as those used in the foregoing chapters, there is and never will be, any need to join groups or societies. Ultimately membership of a Mystery is an organic or harmonic change of awareness; when this occurs many fellow members are contacted and discovered.
